Tuesday May 13 - 2008, The citizens of Newhall, Valencia, and Canyon country came once again to City Hall and
expressed severe disappointment and opposition to the Avenue project. 19 speakers shared their comments. We had some really
good remarks by every person. Each video has very well said comments about the outlandish development being proposed. Enjoy

Tuesday April 22 - 2008, the city council chambers had
the ghost of an old stubborn Mule assisting Newhall residents who brought the opposition for the "Avenue at Santa
Clarita" development project proposed for the old Sam Smiser Mule Ranch. It was a great night to see so many residents
come to city hall to declare to the developer, city manager, and council that we will not stand for this out of control development.
This developer needs to know that we have an overwhelming determination to maintain our same density levels along with impute
